Women Unite.

We are coaches, therapists, caregivers, mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, confidants, besties, and fam.

We have big goals. We love hard. We do good work. And we know how to put ourselves last.

“I can wait.” “It’s fine.” “Once everybody else is taken care of.”

We keep feeding everything we care about while starving parts of ourselves. Meanwhile, the years keep rolling by.

We’re showing up for everybody. But are we actually living in our own lives?

There are things we want to experience. Ideas we want to bring to life. Parts of ourselves we want to know again.

God gave us ambition for a purpose. So let’s use it, on purpose.

Let’s make decisions that leave room for our lives. Let’s give our own goals the attention we so freely give everybody else’s. Let’s support each other in following through.
